Rachel Lewis is a 2021 Scholarship Recipient from Indiana State University. Her short video gives a little insight into the Higher Ed Student Scholarship.

​Dr. Libba Willcox is an Assistant Professor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She has a joint appointment between the School of Education and Herron School of Art + Design, where she teaches undergraduate methods courses for art educators and elementary generalists. She earned a BFA and MAEd in Art Education from the University of Georgia. Willcox also holds a dual Ph.D. from Indiana University in Philosophy of Education and Curriculum and Instruction. She engages in critical qualitative research, collaborative autoethnographic research, and arts-based research endeavors to better understand teacher education and higher education. Her research interests include teacher burnout, vulnerability, feminist pedagogy, and art methods courses for elementary teachers.
