AEAI excited to introduce Sister Schools Match Up which helps connect Indiana art educators who may have a surplus of materials or supplies to donate with art educators teaching in schools who have little or no materials or equipment necessary for a quality art education program. Examples of supplies may be gently used student art supplies that were collected at the end of the year like watercolors, pencils, crayons, scissors, etc.
For the school in need your art program has little or no budget for supplies and you are willing to pick up the supplies. This will be a teacher to teacher partnership, within a fairly minimal distance. You do not need to be an AEAI member to participate, though they will get first matches (so please spread the word).
If you are interested in forming a sister school partnership please fill out the appropriate form on the AEAI website – there is one form for the school in need and one for the donating school.
